Our salon policy is designed to protect our customers' rights and ensure the highest standard of service. A full copy of our policies is available in the salon upon request. Please take a moment to review the following important information before booking or attending your appointment.
Guarantee
Traditional nail polishes are not covered by our guarantee.
Advanced services and gel polish treatments are guaranteed for 7 days from the date of your appointment. If you experience any technical issues during this period, please contact us to arrange a complimentary repair. If you are unable to return within the guarantee period, please notify us as soon as possible to schedule an appointment at a mutually convenient time.
We cannot be held responsible for any broken, infected, or damaged nails after you have left the salon.
Refund Policy
No cash refunds will be issued once you have left the salon.
If you have any concerns regarding your treatment or service, please notify a member of staff immediately so that we can address the issue.
By making payment and leaving the salon, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the service provided and the final result of your treatment.
Refunds will not be given if you simply change your mind.
Children
Please ensure that children remain under your supervision at all times while in the salon. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Parents or guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their child whilst on the salon premises.
Important Information
Please inform us before your appointment if you have any allergies to chemicals or products used during our treatments. If you have any concerns regarding an infection, allergic reaction, or any condition affecting your nails, please notify us immediately.
Harry Nails Spa & Wellness accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings whilst using our services.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. For same-day bookings, please inform us of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. No cash refunds will be given for any unused balance. Harry Nails Spa & Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.
Patch Test Policy
A patch test must be carried out at least 24 hours before treatment. For clients with diabetes or other medical conditions that may require additional precautions, a patch test may be required 48 hours or more prior to treatment.
